 Grace Community Development & Education is headquartered in Sumbawanga, Tanzania where we are involved in partnerships with people and organizations at the grass roots level. Together we identify real needs and work with local people to develop local resources with sustainable impact. We provide trainings in various subjects and venues to church, community, business and agricultural groups. We look for ways to establish empowering connections between individuals and groups from the west (more developed countries) with local people and groups in western Tanzania. Many of the local organizations we work with are Community Based Organizations (CBO’s), Faith Based Organizations (FBO’s), Non Government Organizations (NGO’s), and less formal groups of small business people and farmers in rural Tanzania.
We had a great dedication of GCDE's new offices and current and future programs at GCDE headquarters in Sumbawanga. Many people were present representing various NGO's, LGO's and other government leaders. We also had representatives from the GCDE's North American Affiliate and Grace Ministries International as well as all of GCDE's Board of Directors taking part in the dedication. |
